Hi Nidhi,
At least 50% marks in the Bachelor's degree is required. 2 years full-time teaching experience on the temporary/permanent basis as a Primary/Graduate/Post Graduate teacher in a primary, secondary/higher/senior secondary school and candidate should be in service at the time of submitting the application form. So, presently, you are not eligible to pursue B.Ed from IGNOU.
