Yes, you can appear for the above-mentioned exam. The teaching eligibility test is conducted for two papers [Category A (Paper I) and Category B (Paper II)]. However, candidates can apply for only one paper.

B.ed is counted as professional degree. So, if you want to start your career as a teacher, it helps you a lot. Most of the schools ask for B.ed degree.

Dear Aman,
After completing your B.Ed, you are eligible for TET in your state. You can become a govt. teacher as per your wish. If you're interested to pursue M.Com in business management, as per me, don't go for a specific course, it will make you stand on a narrow path. Pursue M.Com general as it gives an edge to take NET and SET exam.
