It would be really tough to get admission in a good college with this percentage. You need to have atleast 50% and above to get admission in a good college.

The Institute should be recognized by one of these organizations not all and as Singhania University is fully recognized by UGC and hence, it doesn't require NCTE recognition.

No, it is not necessary to pursue D.Ed. After completing your graduation or Masters with 50%, you can pursue B.Ed from both regular and distance mode.

What I know, is all over in India minmum percentage is for general category is 50% and 45% for other category is necessary for B.Ed. But, many college of Andhra Pradesh offer the same course for students who scored below 45%. But, it is valid for students in Andhra Pradesh only. So, look for the same college through Google. Best of luck.

Hello Moumita,
It is very nice to know, that you are looking for career in teaching line. For employment in school, you will be required to obtain B.Ed. On the other hand, for employment in college, you need MPhil or PhD. You should clear NET exam also.

The eligibility criteria is a minimum of 50% marks for general category and a minimum of 45% for other categories such as SC, ST, OBC, MOBC, specially-abled, etc.
