I wouldn't recommend you to go for part time graduation be it BBA or BMS. As this will not help you for further studies as well as job. Companies need people who have done full time graduation. Plus after 12th you will not get a good job. I would suggest you to complete your full time graduation first and then look for a job.

After completing B.Ed, you can directly apply for job without undergoing the training for D.El.Ed.

Yes you need to have a B.Ed degree in order to apply for PGT post.

The application forms are released in the month of March or April. You need to check with the respective college in which you wish to apply about the last date.
