For attending the TGT exam, you need to be a minimum graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
You need to have scored at least 50% of marks in the graduation level. For PGT exam, the candidates should have a PG degree with around 50% of marks from recognized university or college. For attending both the exams, you need to have a B.Ed.

Of course you can. There are different universities abroad offering really varied types of courses. But unfortunately such information has to be obtained individually. I would advise you to approach an agency specialising in this area. There are very many nuances in whole process and you must get them all right.

You can appear for state TET or N-TET for elementary level. If you want to be a teacher for a high school and 12th then you need to complete B.Ed.

You can be a teacher in elementary level with D.El.Ed. If you want to be a TGT, you need to complete BA and B.Ed. If you want to be a PGT, you need to complete MA and B.Ed.
