Are you interested in teaching? What are your subjects in B.Sc? All subjects have equal scope. After completing B.Ed, you will have to appear for TET exam conducted by the state.

You can do both BA and B.Ed by distance learning from open universities. You may first do BA and then enrol for B.Ed.

Chances are always subject to research qualifications and it doesn't matter which subject you choose. So, excel first in research.
