Yes, in order to get a seat into the TSAP - Thakur School of Architecture and Planning BVoc course, students are required to take an entrance test. This test is conducted by TSAP itself. Moreover, it checks the applicant's suitability for the program. It is mandatory for all interested candidates to register and appear for the test.

Yes, Chandigarh University offers admission in some courses and programs without an entrance test. If you want to do a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), you need to give CUCET. The same goes for MBA and special MBA programs. Law programs like BA+LLB. BBA+LLB and B.Com+LLB also need CUCET. If you want to do pharmacy courses like Phram D, B Pharmacy, or M. Pharmacy in different specializations, then a test is needed. MBA and special MCA programs also need it. Even for LLM, you must give the test. These are the main programs where the entrance test is mandatory.

The chances are decent to get into SRMIST in CSE specialization or a bit lower branches, but the cutoffs are subject to change every year. Since the institute offers around 7k seats in total, with a rank of around 3-4k you have fair chances.

The BPT entrance test at PDUNIPPD is typically held in June/July. While PDUNIPPD is affiliated with the University of Delhi, it does not use CUET or NEET scores for admissions. Instead, they conduct their own Common Entrance Test (CET).  

Entrance Test: PDUNIPPD conducts its own entrance test for BPT admissions, separate from NEET and CUET. 

Timing: The exam is usually held in June/July. 

Admission Process: Admissions are based on merit in the CET. 

CET Details: The CET for 2025 is tentatively scheduled for June 22nd. 

No NEET or CUET: While NEET is used for MBBS and BDS, PDUNIPPD does not require it for BPT ad
