University of Queensland campus offers various facilities to international students. This includes transport and parking which consists of parking, public transport, campus buses, car sharing; student resources including computer facilities, transcription services, library support services; support services to disabled students campus safety measures such as safezone app to report any incident, after-hour safety bus, security patrols, CCTVs on the campus, Wifi; food, vending machines, shops; sport facilities, accommodation, community gardens and many more.

If you took the CBSE improvement exam & want to know if The University of Queensland (UQ) takes those marks, yes they do.
If you are not sure, it's smart to look at the UQ admissions site or call their office. But in short, taking the CBSE improvement exam will not stop you from getting in or being taken by UQ as long as your high grades meet their needs & are true.
So, you can go for it & apply with your high CBSE grades, be sure you meet all other rules too.

Australia is generally considered a safe country for Indians.The University of Queensland ensures that they make the campus safe and secured for the students. They keep themselves ready for emergency situations. It is necessary for the students as well as the staff to carry their identity cards. Students have access to a Safezone app which will help them connect with security department in case of any emergency. Apart from this, the university also organises personal awareness safety program to educate students on safety.

University of Queensland is ranked #5 at national level and #56 in world by Shiksha Popularity Ranking. The university is ranked #43 under Best Global Universities and #5 in Best Global Universities in Australia by US News and World Report. Times Higher Education has ranked the university #77 in world university ranking and #5 in Australia ranking. Apart from this, QS World University Rankings 2025 is #40 which is slightly better than the 2024 rankings.
