Yes, QS has ranked the University of Queensland in the year 2026. As per the Quacquarelli Symonds Rankings, UQueensland has been ranked #42 in 2026. The ranking has declined two places from #40 in 2025.

As per the 2025 rankings, the UQueensland is among the top 50 ranked courses for Art and Design, Engineering and Technology, Global MBA, Architecture and Built Environment, and Mathematics.

If an international student has applied successfully on the UQ Applications portal, then they would receive the decision on the application within 12 weeks. Given below are the important information - 

  • In the meantime, the students can keep checking their application via the portal.

Applying to the University of Queensland is not a difficult task but it requires great effort on part of the applicant. The students are required to apply via the official admission portal. Look at the UQ application process given below- 

  • Register and create an account on UQ Applications
  • Select Start an application and then apply now
  • Complete the application with personal details and the programme of study 
  • Submit the application by paying the UQ application fee of AUD 150 for both UG and PG courses

To get into the University of Queensland, Indian students are required to meet the UQ admission requirements. Those requirements are given below - 

  • A minimum GPA of 4.5 on a 7.0 scale for PG courses
