Hello CharanjeetSalhan, of course you can. Institutions abroad give admissions based on 360degrees assessment of students. It's not based on exclusively on academic performance. Hence I would like to advise you to approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to Canada. This is so since they would be knowing different aspects of admission. Best wishes to you.

Yes, there are scholarship programs on offer for international students. But each scholarship has their own eligibility criteria. So depending on where you study and other factors scholarship may vary.

You are required to have studied some levels of maths. These are the requirements laid out by them. In this MHF4u is indicated as Grade 12th maths, but it's not accurately describes for international students. I would suggest you get in touch with the university to get a clarity on this issue
Requirements for admission:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
ENG4U (minimum grade of 70% required)
MHF4U (minimum grade of 70% required)
MCV4UorMDM4U (MCV4U recommended)
And, three additional 4U or M courses (no more than two 4M courses)
A supplementary application (including leadership profile, video interview and timed writing exercise) is also
