The candidate is not allowed to select their own scribes for UCEED 2025 exam. Instead, the exam conducting body will arrange for a panel of scribes. The panel will be prepared in coordination with the test centre administrator (TCA) of the examination centre.
The candidate has to select a scribe from the given list.

Exam officials will make the necessary arrangements through the test centre administrator (TCA) of the examination centre to provide a panel of scribes (amanuenses). Only such candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be considered for scribe services.
Scribes will be students of Class XI. The PwD/Dyslexic (severe) candidate has to choose a scribe from this panel. The candidates are not be allowed to bring their own scribes.

If the candidate wishes to avail the services of a scribe and compensatory time, the same should be mentioned in the UCEED 2025 application form. The candidate is eligible for compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour in Part A and 20 minutes for Part B.
But note that the compensatory time for Part-A cannot be transferred to Part-B and vice versa.
Upload the PwD certificate along with such requests in the given format.

The use of a scribe can be used by the candidate under the following conditions:
candidates who have a disability and require assistance in operating the computer for Part-A of the examination

Yes, the candidate may have to pay the service charges, processing fees and/or any other charges that the banks may charge when filling out the UCEED 2025 application form. Note that this in addition to the application fee.
Also, if the candidate doesn't complete the application process by October 2024, they will have to pay a late fee of INR to apply between November 1 and 8, 2024.

The UCEED 2025 application form will open in October 2024. With regular fees, the application can be filled till around the 2nd week of November 2024. However, with late fees, you can submit applications till the 3rd week of November 2024. The UCEED 2025 exam will be conducted in January 2025.Only those students who have passed Class XII (or equivalent) in the year 2024 in all subjects or are appearing in the year 2025 in ANY STREAM (Science, Commerce, or Arts & Humanities) for the first time are eligible to appear for the UCEED 2025.

The IITs will not conduct any spot rounds after the completion of the regular counseling rounds.
UCEED 2025 counseling will be conducted as a Joint Admission Process. The counseling will have five seat-allotment rounds.
Meanwhile, IITDM Jabalpur may conduct a spot round of admissions at the institutional level if there are any vacant seats after completion of the UCEED counselling.

There are no separate supernumerary seats or sub-category for females in the foreign national supernumerary seats. So, female and male candidates will be treated as the same.
The candidate is urged to consult the UCEED 2025 information brochure for the detailed admission process for foreign nationals. Note that the eligibility criteria for UCEED 2025 will be different for foreign nationals from Indian applicants.
