Although the University of Limerick does not officially grant work permits, international students having an Irish Residence Permit card are permitted to work up to 20 hours per week during the academic year and full-time during the holidays. Along with this, International student that hold an immigration stamp 2 can work up to 20 hours per week during the university term. Also, international students can work full-time, up to 40 hours per week, during their holiday period. After graduation, they may be able to apply for post-study work permits.
