If you've received a conditional offer letter it means that you are being admitted to a course on the condition that you meet the requirements mentioned in the letter of offer. Once the proof is submitted regarding the fulfilment of the same an unconditional offer letter will be sent to you. In case you do not meet the set requirements, your admission won't be accepted.

Yes, students are permitted to study two courses together at UNSW. This helps them to gain knowledge of two expert areas, broadening your storehouse of skills and career options. A double degree does not mean that your workload will increase. In it, the core courses of both degrees will be completed at the same time. This way you will be able to pursue two undergraduate courses in less time.

The application fee is USD 125 which is non refundable. You can either pay it from UNSW Portal or pay by international money transfer through credit card or debit card. All the payments should be done in Australian Dollars. Without the application fee, the university will not process your application, so it should be paid at the time of submitting your application.
