Yes, the University of New South Wales (UNSW Sydney) does allow Indian students to pay their fees in monthly instalments. However, these are usually not avaialble to first-term/semester students.
To apply for a tuition fee payment plan at UNSW, students can download and complete the payment plan form from UNSW Financial Support.
Additonal requirements include submitting a personal statement explaining sudden financial hardship.
