Yes if your age is under criteria of IAS then yes you can apply.

Yes Singam you are eligible as only graduation is required with any discipline.

I'm student from 2015-016, I have 7back log. Due my health problems, I cleared all my backlog in 021. it will not impact to my career. Job.

To appear for UPSC civil services examination one must have attained 21 years of age on August 01 of year of examination.

No, you need to be atleast 21 years or more also must be atleast in final year of your graduation in 2022.
