It is mandatory to have at least 65 percent in Board exams since you belong to ST category to get admission through JoSAA counseling. Hence, you can't get admission into NITs, IIITs and other colleges.

If you are writing any entrance test, then 28 days is enough. It depends on your interest and dedication.
