Hi Dinesh,
Sorry to say, but you can't get any seat in HBTU. As you know that this college is preferred by top rankers of JEE Mains. I will suggest you to go for some other private colleges like Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely professional university, LNCT BHOPAL etc.

Hello Anadi,It is very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering. But, you have scored just 56%. Why insist on engineering? You would get admission only in management quota with huge fees and no certainty of job. Only 50% fresh engineering graduate could get jobs last year. I would like to advise you that please select a stream of studies that fascinates you the most. I am sure you will succeed and bring laurels. Best wishes.

Yes, you are eligible to take admission in ICT Mumbai. But, the cut off for general category goes high for outsiders. Still, you can apply, in second or third round, you will get a seat in this college. You can also predict other possible colleges here:

For B.Tech in civil engineering, you should opt for the Galgotias as this college is the best college for this branch. All the other colleges that you have mentioned above on the basis of placements, infra and faculty.

Hi Pradum,
In Uttar Pradesh, there many government and private colleges for B.Sc. Honours courses. In government colleges, I will suggest you BHU, AMU, Allahabad University, Gorakhpur University, etc. And in private colleges, you can go Amity University. These are best options for you.
Best of luck.
