Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS), Allahabad is an UGC approved university. So, you are eligible to appear for UGC NET exam with M.Com. Both are good in terms of placement and the faculty is very friendly with the students. If I talk about the placements then they depend on the student's ability because there are many opportunities provided by the training and placement cell.

The fee for B.Ed at UPRTOU is INR 12,200 and the course duration is 1 year.
The following categories shall be eligible for admission to B.Ed. Programme- (a) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education in the schools located within U.P. (b) candidate who have completed an NCTE recognized Teacher Education Programme through Face-to-Face mode and are residents of U.P. But in a case of In-service teacher he has to work as a teacher in the school during the programme otherwise his/her admission shall be treated as cancelled without any notice.
