To pursue BCom from NPGC College an applicant must have passed with minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 from Commerce or with Maths/Economics stream. Applicants who fail to meet these requirements are not permitted to appear for the LUACCET, which is required to get admission in the BCom course at NPGC College.

NPGC Lucknow fees can vary during the admission process depending on the course. For courses that use the College Admission Test or LUACCET such as BA, BSc, BCom, MA, MCom, MPH and PG Diploma candidates must pay an INR 900 application fee. Whereas, courses under LUACMAT require the payment of INR 1000 application fee.

A candidate may only apply for one course through one application form during NPGC Lucknow course admissions. On the online admissions portal of NPGC candidates are only offered one choice when choosing which course to apply. Moreover, entrance exams at NPGC often occur on the same day for multiple courses as such, it is not recommended to make multiple applications either.

Yes, scholarships are available for both meritorious and needy students at National Post Graduate College, Lucknow. These scholarships/prizes have been set up by the Government of UP and the College to encourage students and are awarded to meritorious students of BCom, Geography BA, and other courses, as well as the College Scholarship for economically weaker students.

The applications dates for NPGC Lucknow admission can vary depending on the course. For UG and Professional courses such as BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BAJMC, BCom (H), BVoc (All) and MVoc (All) the last date of application was July 9, 2025. Whereas for PG courses the last date of application is August 14, 2025. Despite all three starting applications on the same date of March 3, 2025.
