Yes, VBSPU offers a BA LLB (Hons) as an integrated course of 5 years. The integrated course holds up to 130+ seats for annual fees of INR 41,224 and accepts 45% for unreserved, 42% for OBC, and 40% for SC/ST from equivalent or intermediate examinations. The admission process involves the PUCAT exam. VBSPU offers the courses through the Dattopant Thengadi Law Institute which started in year 2018-2019.

Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University offers around 450+ seats for BTech in total. Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering are some specializations offered in BTech. The total number of seats are divided among different specializations of BTech.

As per the NIRF report, the Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University placements of 2023 recorded 43 BTech students, 40 BPharma, and 2 MBA students who earned a placement. Wherein, the median package for MBA students was INR 7 LPA, and for students from BTech, the median package reached INR 3.3 LPA. On the other hand, for a BPharma graduate, the median package stood at INR 2.8 LPA.

To apply for the scholarship, candidates must fill out the application form and mention about the scholarship they are eligible for. VBSPU provides aid for candidates from various categories of SC/ST and OBC. The University provides relaxation through various schemes and scholarships. VBSPU scholarships focus on promoting the agenda of educating the masses. There are post-matric scholarships as well as scholarships for Kargil martyrs and natural disaster victims. The University provides scholarships for general-category candidates if their family income lies in the eligibility bar.

It is not very difficult to get into VBSPU for a specialisation in MBA if the candidate has an aggregate of 45% marks in graduation. However, SC/ST candidates get a 5% relaxation. Besides this, 50% of seats are allocated to the CUET- (PG) qualifiers, and the remaining 50% is drawn from PUCAT qualifications.

Yes, VBSPU has a placement cell known by the name of Central Training and Placement Cell (CTPC). The placement cell issues a planner which is with an every-year plan, wherein, the CTPC conducts orientation programs, special lectures/sessions, and life skill programs/workshops. CTPC concentrates on consistent collaboration with the recruiters which further brings in offers and deals for the benefit of the students. The VBSPU ‘Rozgar Mela’ or the job fair is the University’s secondary support to provide placement support. Besides this facility, the University’s primary support is to make sure to prepare the students sufficiently enough to achieve a job based on their skill set.
