A well-known university is Veer Bahadur Singh University, as it is established in 1987. It has good campus as well as placement strategy. If you want to take admission, then it's a good. I know because one of my friends has studied there and wonderful environment for study.

For admission in B.Ed, you must have scored 50% in Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity.

Yes, the university got accreditation in the year 2004. Still, you can check on the NCTE website.

I am not really sure, if they will grant you admission based on you B.Com. As the eligibility is you need to have passed 10+2 from a recognized university.
