Visa applications for the US, can begin upto 365 days in advance, and the F1 student visa can be issued upto 120 days in advance. However, students cannot enter the United States on F1 status earlier than 30 days, before the program start date.

There are several Germany visa rejection reasons. If you submit an incomplete application, or provide misleading information, your visa is bound to get rejected. Another reason is insufficient funds.
