It will be difficult for u to get in new IIMs but you can try for some top Institutes like SP Jain SIMSREE Great Lakes KJ Somaiya

Thwre is no such thing called direct admission in premium bschools. Fees are same for all students except OBC, SC,ST. MAT & XAT have their own fees which is common.

You have secured good marks in 10th and 12th and comparatively your graduation marks are less.
You are very well eligible to take admission here in PGDM (graduation % should not be less than 45).

CAT-common admission test conducted by IIM
MAT- management aptitude test conducted by AIMA
XAT- conducted by XAVIER group
CET- common Entrance test
These are all national level entrance test and can lead you to best B school in India.
