Age limit For General candidate is 28 years as on 30.06.2023 and She / he should not have been born before 30.06.1995 Age limit For SC, ST, SEBC, Women candidate is 33 years as on 30.06.2023 and She / he should not have been born before 30.06.1990. Age limit For PH candidate is 38 years as on 30.06.2023 and She / he should not have been born before 30.06.1985

Government Women's College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is a Deemed-to-be University in Bhubaneswar, Orissa.  In the 'Overall' category, KIIT is ranked 25 by NIRF 2025. As per the Times Higher Education, 'World University Ranking 2026' recognizes it among the rank-band of 501-600. The University is recognised from national as well as international bodies including the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK and ABET, USA. It also received accreditation from the NBA and Washington Accord. The highest package offered was INR 44.52 LPA in 2026 placements. A total of 272 companies like Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini and many more were a part of the 2026 placements. Overall, it is highlighy ranked, widely recognised institute that offers good placement oppoetunities.

The seats availability for offered courses at SCS Autonomous College goes up to 1642. Courses offerred by SCS Autonomous College are approved by eminent Government bodies such as AICTE.

Gangadhar Meher University is a government university which was established in 1944. Gangadhar Meher University (GMU), Sambalpur, has a student community consisting of 6,449 students. The university provides 26 PG, 28 UG, and 23 PhD programmes to students. Being a government university, the fee is kept reasonable according to the students' finances. 

Central University of Odisha accepts various entrance examination scores for admission to its undergraduate, postgraduate, and various other programmes.
