Both institutes are government institutes and offer courses in almost the same range. For example, MBBS in AIIMS Delhi costs INR 6,100, and MBBS in AIIMS Bathinda costs 7,300. A little variation can be seen in the fee structure for the courses at both institutions, but not much difference is there. AIIMS Delhi and AIIMS Deogarh have the lowest fees as compared to others. 

Overall, AIIMS, Bathinda is not very expensive. 

Indeed, students have the option to apply in the following round if they would choose not to apply in the existing AIIMS Delhi deadline. They cannot, however, occupy any seats in the existing round if they wish to wait.
