Admission to AIIMS is based on the NEET Exam. The steps for seeking admission are as follows:

• Apply for NEET UG.
• Check the result for NEET UG.
• Apply for Counselling.
• In the form fill out the preference.
• In the form fill the AIMS Nagpur as the Preference.

Then, candidates are allowed with the seats based on NEET Score, college choice, and Category.

• Apply for Document Verification.
• After, document verification submit the fees.

Admission to the BSc course at AIIMS Nagpur is based on AIIMS paramedical exam. Candidates wiill have to register for the exam and then appear for the entrance exam. It is on the basis of the marks obtained in the AIIMS paramedical entrance exam that candidates can further participate in the counselling. AIIMS will also release a cutoff which will indicate if candidate qualify to participate in the counselling.

Those who will qualify INI CET 2025 November exam can participate in the counselling round. Candidates have to qualify the exam with the minimum cut off to become eligible for INI CET counselling. The minimum qualifying cut percentile for general and SC/ST categories are 50 and 45 respectively. INI CET 2025 counselling comprises a series of process starts with registration. Candidates will have to register on the official website, aiimsexams. Registration is followed by declaration of preferences where candidates provide their choice for college and course. AIIMS allots seats based on choice declared, INI CET score, reservation factor, available seats in particular course or college etc.

Usually, students have to score between 680-700 marks in NEET to get a seat in AIIMS Nagpur. For the General quota, the NEET UG last round closing rank was 1030 for MBBS admission. Candidates can check the official website of college for more accurate information. 

Admission to AIIMS Nagpur is conducted based on INICET ranks. Candidates should have valid INICET rank to get into AIIMS Nagpur. According to the AIIMS Nagpur INICET Cutoff 2026 for the General AI category, the round 2 cutoff range fell between 94 and 7993, wherein MD in General Medicine was the most sought-after course, and MD in Biochemistry, the least. 

For the OBC AI category, the cutoff ranged from 98 to 10502, which is a much more releaxed range than the General AI category. For the OBC students in the All India quota, the hardest and the easiest course for admission were MD in General Medicine and MD in Physiology, respectively.
