Overall, It's Nice and Good

Placements: Forty percent of the students are placed. The highest package is 120,000, and the average package is 300,000 in the B.Tech field of Computer Science. There is a 90 percent chance of securing an internship in our course. The course offers many top roles, such as Software Developer and Data Analyst.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are well-furnished and have digital boards. The library is air-conditioned and creates a very peaceful environment. The hostel rooms are comfortable, but the mess food is not as good as expected according to the mess fees. The food in the canteen is good.

Faculty: The teachers are approachable and helpful. There are many professors from different parts of India. The teaching quality varies from teacher to teacher. The internal examinations are quite difficult as they prepare us for external examinations. Almost all students clear the exams.

Other: I opted for B.Tech because I had taken non-medical subjects in 12th grade, and it offers lucrative job opportunities. The only problem is that the university does not organize any fests throughout the year.

Best for studious students.

Placements: Zero percent of students were placed from our course. They just give good guidance to the student to take grip in their subject and can pass the examination related to it. It makes the student's basic knowledge strong in their subject and they easily crack any exam.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is the best, more than other colleges. All the facilities like watercooler, Wi-Fi, classrooms, computer labs, projectors, and every kind of new technology for studies are available. Hostel facilities are also better than other mess food. A canteen is also available in the hostel as well as at the university. Medical staff is also available and an annual sports meet has been held.

Faculty: Teachers are fully cooperative and guide us whenever we want. Studies provided by this university are qualitative. If you want to change something regarding the teachings of professors, feedback forms help a lot to take any action. The course is of honors and it provides deep studies of economics subject with different subjects every semester. It makes the students industry-ready. Examination level is not much tough, their syllabus is limited and qualitative, understandable. The pass percentage is above 50%.

Other: This course provides you a basic knowledge about the economics industry. A deep study of economics is just like MBA. Helps in business, organization, and management. Teachers are also excellent. I wish for more and more new development in the department. There is no more chance of any curriculum activity or any youth festival. Different departments organize the events and let the students enjoy them.

Good placements and knowledgeable staff.

Placements: 50% of students got placed. The maximum package is Rs. 30,000 after an internship. Top recruiting companies are from Mohali and Chandigarh. 100% of students got internships but half of them got paid internships. Software engineer and web developer are top roles.

Infrastructure: In my department, there are facilities like ACs, computer labs, Wi-Fi, etc. Classrooms are very well-designed. There is a big library which has a quiet environment. In the hostel, security is a good point. The food is very good and healthy.

Faculty: The teaching quality is very good. The staff is very knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant and subjects are very useful. They are needed in the industry. They make students industry-ready. Semester exams are a little tricky but not tough if a student is physically and mentally present in the class during the whole semester.

Other: I chose B.Tech because I want to get a technical job and I am interested in deep learning. I wish they could do a little more practical in this course. They organize many quizzes, fun games, sports, etc.

Our university is very good for students.

Placements: A lot of companies visited for placements. More than 70% of students are placed in these companies. They conduct an examination and take an interview for those who clear the examination.

Infrastructure: There are good facilities and infrastructure with good Wi-Fi. Canteen has very good food. There are a lot of books in our library with good sitting arrangements.

Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and experienced in their subject. They teach us in very best ways to get the good marks. They are very helpful, disciplined, and focused on their studies. Semester examinations are very good.
