Alagappa University eligibility criteria varies course-wise. Candidates can apply for any of the UG courses after completing Class 12. Below is the eligibility criteria for top Alagappa University courses:

Candidates must first apply for their preferred course on the official website of the university. Alagappa university admission is both entrance and merit-based, depending upon the nature of the programme. The university conducts an entrance exam for admission to B.Ed, MBA, MCA and MSc. Once selected, candidates are offered seat in the university based on their merit. They need to confirm their seat by paying the course fee.

Students at Alagappa University can apply for scholarships offered by the State Government, the Central Government, and NGOs. Scholarships are available to worthy and distinguished students at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate levels. Students can choose Alagappa University for undergraduation as well as postgraduation courses. As far as the undergraduation is considered, the flagship course offered by the university is BSc and BA. The fee for these courses is not very high. For BSc, students will have to pay INR 7.5 K - INR 8 lakh. For the BA course, students will have to pay INR 7.5 K - INR 12.4 K. The ROI is also good.
