Alagappa University is accredited by NAAC with an A+ Grade and its degree programmes are recognised by UGC. Alagappa University Karaikudi is ranked 47th by NIRF 2024 under the University category and 17th by NIRF 2024 under the State Public University. Alagappa University was established in 1985 and is located in Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu.
