Amity Greater Noida admissions are merit and entrance exam based depending upon the course chosen by the candidate. The university accepts entrance exams like GATE,  XAT,  CAT, etc., for admission to MBA courses. Candidates who have appeared or appearing for JEE Main, CUCET,  UGC-NET,  GATE, AIMA and CET are exempted from appearing for Amity written test and interview.

The aggregate percentage will be calculated on the basis of marks scored in English & three academic subjects (compulsorily including subjects of eligibility and excluding Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts or any Vocational/ non-written subjects). Candidates qualifying under direct admission criteria stand exempted from the entrance test. Only GD & PI will be conducted for eligible candidates.
