Placements, teachers, and facilities are good.

Placements: The college offers good placement opportunities when compared with other universities. Almost 70% of the students get placed from our college. The college has a huge number of students, and they are intellectual. The college provides good placement opportunities for all the students. So one must try to be among the top 10 students for good and better placements.

Infrastructure: Amity University has a huge infrastructure. It can accommodate a maximum number of students. The college provides properly maintained classrooms, a big library, and well-designed labs for students. It also provides medical support to the students. There is a canteen which serves good and healthy food to students.

Faculty: Teachers in the university are very much helpful. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is very much impressive, and one can understand the concepts very easily because of those methods.

Other: The college organises lots of events. Campus surroundings provide a good environment for students to study.

In total, the college facilities are good with great infrastructure and good faculty.

Placements: Placements offered in our college were good, and you are allowed to search for your own placements too. They give you the placement you deserve. We have enjoyed and learnt a lot. The college takes a lot of initiatives to give you the best placements. Designers are allowed to make choices in designing, window displaying, market merchandising, etc. Garment manufacturing and flat patterns are allotted when you reach your confidence level.

Infrastructure: The campus is wide and good with good sports facilities. Ground and other fields are well built, and the garden is good. The auditorium and library facilities are A class. There are two cafeterias, and vegetarian hostel facilities are available. There are hostels for both boys and girls. Classrooms have centralised air-conditioning with soft boards, whiteboards and projectors.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-prepared with their syllabus according to the course. They are well mannered and friendly. We can reach out to them for any help, and they take a lot of initiatives for us to be creative and learn each day. In designing, we are taught a lot with equal amounts of homework so that we can bring out our creative side.

Other: The college takes part in several events with preparing end semester exhibition, where children display their work. Wi-Fi facility is good, and 50% scholarship is given each year to special students.

Review of Amity University, Kolkata.

Placements: Placements are not done yet because our first batch is still in 3rd-year. Internships are offered to the seniors, and it is in good places. They are not excellent, but it's satisfactory. Internships on designing textile and marketing are given. We hope that we get placed in good companies.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great. Compared to other colleges in Kolkata, Amity has a very beautiful campus. Keeping in mind the hostelers and other students, Wi-Fi facility has been provided. The campus has football, basketball, badminton playgrounds. We have a separate building for library.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good and very helpful. It is very easy to contact them through the mail, and they will respond within hours. They give PowerPoint presentations. Every teacher is very much talented in their field and has a wide knowledge of fashion.

Other: The college organises fests every year.

Really good infrastructure and good teachers with facilities.

Placements: This branch of Amity is only three years old. So no placements have been give as of now. The first batch of designing will get placements next year. Internship is not compulsory for first year students but it is compulsory for the second third and fourth year students and is given by the college. Students also have the opportunity to arrange for their own internships if they have contacts.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is one of the best in Kolkata among colleges. Wi-Fi is available in the whole campus and blocks are centralized air conditioned. Labs are well-equipped with automatic machines and pattern making lab is also there. Classrooms have projectors. Hostel is very good with all facilities. Rules are very strict in hostel. Wi-Fi is available and any problem is solved within 24 hours.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and available outside classes also. Most of the teachers have a Ph.D. degree. The teachers of designing have mostly graduate from NIFT Kolkata. Students are also taken to nearby field trips. Faculty gives constructive feedback also.

Other: One of the most awaited fest of Amity is the amiphoria whose fashion event is the best. Students also represent Amity in other fests.
