The infrastructure is great.
Placements: Around 300 students have taken admission. The top recruiting companies for our course are HCL, Infosys, and IBM. The lowest package is 6 LPA and the highest package is 24 LPA. Roles offered in the course are data analysts, researchers, and software engineers. Only 10% of students got placed in companies like HCL.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and security are great. The hostel facility is good. The food is not that great. The campus has great Wi-Fi facilities all over the campus. The library is so beautiful with all the course books and extracurricular books as well. The quality of food in the mess is not at all good. Canteen food is better than mess food.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. They are very qualified and knowledgeable as well. They solve our queries very easily and the campus does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult if we are fully prepared. The pass percentage is 5 SGPA. The course has a great impact on the future.
Other: I chose this course because I'm interested in going into the IT sector, as there is a boom in artificial intelligence. The best thing about my course is that there are great opportunities in the upcoming future. In my course, I want to improve internships and placements because placements are very less in BCA.

Review of Amity University, Lucknow campus.
Placements: More than 50% of students got placed from BCA course at Amity University, Lucknow. The highest package is 30 LPA and the lowest package is 4 LPA. Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Infosys, and Google are recruiting companies. 70% of students got internships from my course and in companies like HCL, Amazon, Flipkart, and Tech Mahindra.
Infrastructure: We have here Wi-Fi connections, computer labs, classrooms, and library. The quality of the facilities in our hostel is very good with good cleanliness, supportive wardens and staff. Rooms are also quite good and if we look for medical facilities here we have an infirmary in our hostel which has well-specialized doctors. And if we talk about sports and games here is very nice as we have a big backyard ground where we have basketball court, badminton court, cricket ground, and many indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are generally very helpful and approachable. Most of them are well-qualified and have a good grasp of their subjects. They used a mix of lectures, presentations, and case studies to make the classes engaging. The curriculum is fairly relevant and covers both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject. It includes updated content and important contemporary topics, which helps in understanding real-world applications. Semester exams are moderately difficult. If you attend classes regularly and study you can pass. The pass percentage is usually high, around 85%-90% of students clear their exams on the first attempt. College have every subject specified professional staff and members.
Other: I chose BCA because I have always been interested in computers, programming, and understanding how software and technology work. BCA provides a strong foundation in computer science, including subjects like programming language, data-based management, networking, and web development. One thing that could be improved is the inclusion of more industry-relevant technologies, like cloud computing, cybersecurity, or AI/ML, as part of the core syllabus. Also, more workshops from professionals in the tech industry would make the course even more beneficial and job-oriented. The college hosts regular cultural and technical fest, providing good exposure and fun.

Good college and satisfied with faculty members.
Placements: Placements are good. 85% of students were placed. Recruiting companies are Infosys, Tata, and Mahindra. Good companies visit our campus for recruiting. Good events and seminars are held. AI-related seminars also held. HTML and Python are the courses.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good canteen. It also has good environment. Wi-Fi facility is also good. We have good labs and AC classrooms. Food is good in both canteen and mess. Library is good. You also receive a power plug to plug in your laptop, and you can issue any book. Sports are also good. There is a big ground and nets for badminton. Parking facility is also good. We can do research and lab practices.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and knowledgeable. They do everything in practice with good examples. Paper patterns are good and helpful in the future. Curriculum is relevant and this course makes students industry-ready. Pass percentage is around 33%. Teaching quality is good. They are highly knowledgeable and friendly too. Faculty members are good and their explaining methods are also good.

It has good faculty members but no placements.
Placements: I really do not want to give 1 star for placements because I do not have a choice so I will give 1 star. The percentage of students who get placed in my course is less than the number of companies visiting here. This year, in my course, no one got placements through university. Some of my seniors got off-campus placements with a package of 4.5 LPA. I am sure about it, but I think HCL is the top recruiting company. 30% of students got internships from my course.
Infrastructure: Facilities they give in my course are too good as compared to other courses. Wi-Fi and Classrooms are also very good. The library is not that good because some books are not available there. I will give 2 stars for the hostel infrastructure but wardens are too good and friendly. The food is average. Medical facilities are very good because 24x7 ambulance service is available here. There is also a doctor for emergencies. It also has a gym and a place for interior games.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is too good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The difficulty is average in semester exams. The pass percentage is 60%. It has good teaching quality. There is a good interaction between students and teachers.
Other: I chose this course because my Maths is not good, so I chose BCA instead of B.Tech. I wish there would be more practical practices. There are so many events on the campus.

Good placements and infrastructure, but faculty and practical exposure can be improved.
Placements: The placement percentage was 60%. The lowest salary package was 3 lakhs, the average package was 5 lakhs, and the highest package was 8.5 lakhs and above. Top recruiters included TCS, Flipkart, Zomato, and Microsoft, among others. The top roles offered to BCA graduates were software developer and web developer.
Infrastructure: Our department at Amity University Lucknow has very good infrastructure and facilities. The classrooms are neat and clean, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available. The university has a luxurious library. The mess and canteen are quite big.
Faculty: The semester exams are very tough, and the passing percentage is 80%. Some teachers are very helpful, and the teaching quality is very good. However, the teachers need to improve their teaching methods. The BCA course curriculum is designed to be industry-relevant.

Amity University: The Placement Hub.
Placements: On average, 200 students were placed in BCA this year. The highest package in BCA goes to 7 LPA, the minimum is 4 LPA, and the average is 2 LPA. Top recruiters are HCL, Sanchar, TCS, Nagarro, etc. 74% of students got internships from BCA at HCL and Nagarro. The top roles in BCA are COMPUTER SCIENTIST, DATA ANALYST, etc.
Infrastructure: The available infrastructure at Amity includes computer labs, smart labs, a big library, basketball courts, a badminton court, a cricket ground, Wi-Fi-based classrooms, a mess and canteen, a gym, and table tennis, etc. The quality of food in the mess is really good, and the canteen also offers all items available.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is good, but they don’t force you to study; you have to study on your own. This course is very powerful if students take it seriously and have all the detailed information about the BCA course, which makes students industry-ready. Exams are easy if students have knowledge about BCA courses, and the passing percentage is 40%.

Good college for those students who are skilled and good in academics.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed is not clear because they never discussed it. If I talk about internships, yes, they provide opportunities, but they are not so good. They don't prepare for industry-level requirements, even for B.Tech students, so you need to give your efforts to learn everything, everything means everything.
Infrastructure: Its infrastructure is too good for BCA students but not for other courses. The library is good, but they don't have any books for Python, even though Python is in their syllabus. Hostel and mess are better than other colleges in Lucknow. The college is not helpful towards technical clubs, and they do lots of kanjusi in their events.
Faculty: Faculty members' behavior towards students is very good. If you have any doubt, you can clear it, and they can guide you. Course curriculum is very basic, even a school-going student can cover it. As I am a student of the 2nd semester, the end-sem exams are very easy. Teachers are very helpful when you want to make a career in trending jobs. Most of the teachers have Ph.D. qualifications, but somehow you shall notice a lack of knowledge about their subject.

Good infrastructure, average placement, and a good college life.
Placements: Almost 80 percent of students who sat for the placement were placed, but the average placement was below INR 4 LPA. The highest offer received was INR 10 LPA, and in the computer domain, the highest was INR 6–7 LPA. More than 50 companies, like Adverb, Infosys, and Zycus, conducted their drives.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good; all classrooms have AC, every building has dedicated labs for every course, and my course had 2-3 good labs with good internet speed. A dedicated sports complex with indoor sports facilities like badminton courts and outdoor fields for football, cricket, and basketball courts. Wi-Fi sometimes does not work; otherwise, the campus is Wi-Fi covered.
Faculty: Teachers are quite average; some of them are good and some of them are below average. The course curriculum being followed is outdated and needs a lot of changes, as with most of the colleges in India, but teachers are very helpful and available. Also, talking about the exams, they are quite easy to pass but difficult to score well.

Hello my friend,
First of all 4 year gap after 12th is a great loss.
I think now according to your current age you'll find it difficult to get admission is good university/college but if you still want to do then do it from open or any other college.
