Good college for my course. The faculty is very generous and helpful. The infrastructure is amazing.
Placements: About 15% of students got placed by companies like HCL Tech. I honestly don't know every placed student's role, but some of them who got placed were offered the role of Data Analyst. The highest package, according to me, was about 6 LPA, and the average package was around 3 to 4 LPA. Some student got internships on their own, so it is hard to give the percentage and average percentage, and the companies were like both Tech and Management.
Infrastructure: The facilities were very good. The students here had access to both libraries and labs whenever they wanted to, and also both of them were open after the college for about 3 to 4 hours till the university shut down. The quality of food is the thing for which I have deducted 2 stars, but both medical and sports facilities were very good, and also there were annual sports tournaments, and we have a gymnasium too in university.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful and qualified, and we can ask them for our doubts anytime, and they help us. The course curriculum was also relevant, but students who attended every class only gained the knowledge required at the industry level. The semester exams were at a moderate level, not too hard and not too easy.
Other: I chose this course because I was keen to learn about technology and software. The course should include more about AI and Machine Learning concepts. We had SIH and many other hackathons, many sports events, debate competitions, etc.

My experience as a B.Com student at this college has been positive.
Placements: There’s an active Entrepreneurship Development Cell at the college, and I got to take part in their internship fair. This made finding internships much easier. Our teachers also arrange frequent trips to different companies, so we get to see how things work in real offices and industries. Several big recruiters come to the campus too, like SBI, Central Bank of India, HDFC Bank, Amazon, Flipkart, Jio, ICICI Bank, and tech companies from Indore. The average salary package for placements is about 2.5 LPA which is okay if you’re just starting out.
Infrastructure: Hstel facilities are comfortable and available for both boys and girls, but seats fill up quickly because there aren’t many. You can choose to share a room with one or three others (2 or 4 people per room). Every student can get PG (paying guest) accommodation too, which makes things flexible. The college makes sure we have clean rooms, good food, and safe drinking water. The PG fee is affordable, at just ₹2,500 per month, which really helps.
Faculty: Teachers here are well-qualified and good at explaining the subjects. Most of them are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help their students, even if you ask for help after class or in later semesters. I do feel like classes would be even better if there were more case studies, as this makes learning more practical, but otherwise, the faculty is great. The academic system follows the same pattern as Delhi University: two semesters per year, and for each subject, 20 marks come from internal tests.

Not that valuable for this particular course of BCA.
Placements: The placement record of my course is not good enough as we have direct competition with B.Tech students, where recruiters prioritize B.Tech over BCA. It is quite difficult for us to get a decent package on campus, we have to go for off-campus placement for a well enough package.
Infrastructure: There is no proper arrangement of classes, as there are 150 students in my class it is very difficult to adjust in the same class with all those students, sections are divided but all sit in the same class which makes it very challenging for students to study as well as also for teachers to manage that strength. No clean washrooms, no ACs, no good food in mess, and no cleanliness is there.
Faculty: Teachers are quite knowledgeable but are failed to execute their knowledge to students. They are unable to manage their strength, they don't even care if students are capable of understanding or not they just rush towards completing their syllabus. Exams are quite frequent and we get them after half a month.
Other: Campus or crowd life is quite fascinating, students get a chance to showcase their talent now and then as every day there is something new organized by the clubs and societies of our campus, but these clubs are funded by students that they have to pay for the participation.

Grind yourself, college is average.
Placements: There is no official record for BCA placement, but as far as my knowledge and connections go, there is around 20% placement of a batch. The highest is around 4.5 LPA, the median is 3.5 LPA, and the lowest is 2.4 LPA. Most of the companies that hire are for the sales department, but not all. Students got internships in local tech and startup companies.
Infrastructure: There are Wi-Fi-enabled labs and Ethernet connection labs with a fully air-conditioned environment. There is also a library consisting of books related to all the available courses in the department. There is also a floor-to-floor lift available for students. Many multipurpose halls and one auditorium for conferences and events. The overall infrastructure of the university is okay and good, but not superb. The hostel has a mess facility (the quality of food is okay only, do not expect taste), equipment for games and sports, a Wi-Fi-enabled compound, an open-air gym, and a common hall that includes a small library, an RO water purifier with a freezer.
Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful in studies, but some of them are not good at teaching. The overall teaching quality is okay. As my batch, NEP has been implemented, the course is updated and adds some new technologies compared to the old course. Semester exams are not a big deal; college assignments and the previous year's exam paper are enough to pass. Overall, the exam level is average and not tough, but remember, it all depends on the faculty.
Other: This course offers the same curriculum (some differences) as compared to B.Teach in computer science, which is a 4-year course, and this is a 3-year industry-ready course. Apart from theory, it includes practical too for a better understanding of students. Some events are organized on an annual basis, like Sanskriti Surabhi (which allows other colleges to participate in different categories), Annual teach fests, and other sports events. This course is offered by the University of Lucknow New Campus, which is located near Janakipuram. It is about 1 km from the Engineering College Chauraha. There is a scholarship scheme named UP Scholarship by the UP government.

My days at the University of Lucknow.
Placements: Only 10% of students who appeared in the entrance examination got placed in our batch according to their marks and quota location too. Companies like HCL, Wipro, Tata Group, and more companies offer opportunities to students. Overall, companies that arrive at the premises for placements are worthy of their names and everyone has the chance to shine.
Infrastructure: The hostel provided to my friends is of very good quality and facilities available are worth every penny. The senior-junior bonding is also admirable as the seniors have always helped us to solve our mistakes without any benefits in return from their side.
Faculty: The way how our teachers guide us is very good. Their words are inspirational and have helped us to the current position we're standing at. Teachers have always helped us with even the smallest details from notes, assignments, projects, or other volunteering that we've ever performed.

No, without giving an entrance exam, you cannot join BCA. The fee for the same ranges between 15K and 22K.

The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination or equivalent (diploma degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.
