Look for the courses offered at NIOS. There are some Sanskrit courses for short duration.

M.A. in Politics is offered as a Distance/Correspondence so there is no compulsion to attend the classes.
The eligibility is that you must have completed any Degree General / Professional / Vocational / Technical.

Yes, with that NATA marks and 10+2 marks, you have a good chance to get a seat in AU.
