It is very difficult to get a seat in AU as the competition is very high you cannot able to get seat in AU any way you can participate in the counselling conducted by AU from June 4th onwards.

I got 706 rank in AUEET exam. Can I get a seat in AU for CSE branch? What does dual degree programme mean?

You should have very few chances of getting CSE. Dual degree means 4 years B.Tech+2 years M.Tech. One can avail an exit option after 4 years in that case one can give a B.Tech degree otherwise one can continue to do M.Tech.
