Automobile engineering is a very vast and fast growing sector. New development and innovation are the important part of this course. However, this is fact that placement in Automobile engineering are very less in comparison to CS and IT. However, it depends upon own caliber, passion and interest. Hence, try to be come in top three of your college so that better chances of placement can be made.

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria in order to seek admission in BE in Aeronautical Engineering:
Candidate must have passed 10+2 along with mandatory subjects from a recognized board/university or authority accepted by the syndicate of the Anna University as equivalent thereto are eligible to apply.
Mandatory Subjects: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
Minimum percentage in class 12th: 50%.

Madras institute of technology does not offers BE (Automobile Engg.) or any UG BE programs for diploma engineering students. The admission in these programs are based on 12th marks, Interested candidates needs to registered in TNEA first after declaration of 12th result, a centralized counselling process is organized by Anna University for admission in various undergraduate engineering programs.
