The admission is based on your board exam marks and the PCM average out of 200. As there are reservations based on the caste, if you belong to the general category, you may need to have an average of at least 197/200, for BC 195/200, SC 192/200 and ST 190/200. The cut offs for the current year cannot be predicted, these are released only once the counselling is over. The cut offs are based on the number of seats and the number of B.Arch Colleges. However, you can make certain predictions as to what college you can get by comparing your cut off with the cut offs of various colleges from previous years.
The necessary criteria is to get at least 80 on 200 in your NATA exam and the rest 200 is based on the average of PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Maths). So your final cut off would be out of 400.

Admission process:
Anna University admissions are done on the basis of merit as well as entrance exam scores depending on the course a candidate is applying for.
Admission process for BE/ B.Tech/ B.Arch courses: Anna University admissions in BE/ B.Tech/ B.Arch courses are done through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA).

Yes you can. You need to enroll for a single window counseling program through which you will be allotted seats based on your marks in HSC.
There will be a separate counseling process for students from other states and it would commence after the admission of Tamil Nadu students.

After diploma, a student can seek lateral admission directly in 2nd of engineering. However there is a catch. These admissions are restricted to within same state. Hence I am afraid, you will have to seek admission in a college in Maharashtra only.
