With Gen AI & other modern tech, the contemporary job market is changing every day. Recruiting managers are always in the lookout for graduates who can unlearn and adapt quickly and make the best possible decision in a constantly evolving sector. While an MBA still remains one of the most sought-after degrees in 2026, the fundamentals are no longer enough. This is exactly why a holistic admission approach which considers the strength of the student, area of interest, and niche of the student, is crucial.

In India, universities like Woxsen University, Hyderabad, have been following a forward-thinking composite score evaluation approach since the beginning. At Woxsen, the student’s academic performance, non-academic activities along with their interview performance all are considered instead of only the entrance score. However, the biggest highlight is the 'Best of Two Score' policy, where the best out of two entrance score is assessed. This gives the candidate a merit-driven yet balanced opportunity.

As competition intensifies both for MBA programmes and during the placement time, management aspirants should ideally start choosing B-school options like Woxsen University, which assess their merit based on their aptitude, interview skills, leadership ability and most importantly, expectation and clarity about what they want to pursue as a future goal. If you are looking for MBA Admission in 2026, here is why the Best of Two Scores policy gives an edge and added opportunities.

Woxsen University’s Comprehensive Evaluation Process

Woxsen University employs a rigorous three-step structured evaluation framework:

Submit Entrance Scores: Candidates can submit scores from CAT, XAT, NMAT, GMAT, GRE, or appear for Woxsen's own aptitude test, WAT

Interview: Selected students can appear for PI rounds, evaluating communication skills and interest in the domain.

Composite Score Calculation: Once you clear the interview round, Woxsen University calculates merit scores combining entrance test performance, non-academic achievements and interview performance

The Best of Two Score Advantage:

Woxsen University considers the best of the two scores out of the two entrance scores received. This helps the aspirants to not only use the better entrance score, but they also get the opportunity to avail the scholarship of up to 50%.

Although this approach is flexible, it is rigorous and extremely detailed. By combining flexibility with merit-based assessment, Woxsen’s MBA Admission 2026 process stands out as transparent, inclusive, and designed to identify high-potential future business leaders.
