To be eligible for The Bachelor of Pharmacy programme candidates must have completed their Class 12 with PCM/ PCB stream with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The course is offered for four years and divided into eight semesters. The selection process for the course is based on candidates' scores in CUET UG. Additionally, the students who got good scores in Class 12 Science subjects can get admission through the university's merit. 

The minimum score needed in Class 12 to be admitted to Assam University BSc programmes is 50% in their higher senior secondary, especially in the relevant Science subjects. The merit list/cut-off list which the colleges release will be decided by the students and the number of seats available for the course. Yes, Assam University follows seat reservations for BSc courses becuase the university is a public university, so it follows reservations as per the rules sanctioned by the government of India. The reservations are available for different categories, such as caste, economic status, housing, disability, etc. 15% of seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC), 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes (ST), and 27% for Other Backward Classes (OBC).
