A dairy on the memory of Karimganj.

Placements: 50 students are placed in our course. The highest package of the course is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are soap and detergent, chemical companies, etc. Every year, 10 percent of all students get internships in chemical companies.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available for students. A good infrastructure lab with all the necessary and advanced materials is available, and books are provided for the student. All the facilities for the students in the hostel are available, including a swimming pool, canteen, etc.

Faculty: All the teachers are helpful and solve the students' problems. Most of the teachers have Ph.D. degree, and a few teachers have an M.Sc. degree. The curriculum is relevant to the course. An internship is available for good students and prepares them for a job. The exam is moderate. 40% is the passing percentage. Faculty of our department is good.

Other: I chose it because I liked the subject (chemistry). My teachers are very good. Increase the period, my wish. All the things in our college or campus are very good and well organised, like events, fest, campus, crowd, connectivity, campus scholarship, etc.

Gurucharan College is really good for science.

Placements: Gurucharan College has maintained a strong reputation for placements over the years. Each year, around 30 to 50 students from different departments secure jobs, with a large share coming from the Science stream, as the institution is especially recognised for its Science education in the Barak Valley, Assam. Recently, the college has been upgraded to Gurucharan University. Last year, various companies like Infosys, Bajaj, Joi, etc., recruited students from our college.

Infrastructure: All the facilities that are required to pursue college are available in your college. The classroom is very upgraded according to the modern classroom, all the facilities like digital board, projector, and a computer class are available. Other infrastructure like toilets, boys and girls common room and sport infrastructure, is also available.

Faculty: The faculty of our college is awesome. All the faculty are highly educated and they take regular classes, and all are very disciplined in their teaching professions. Our college takes unit tests every month and semester exams every 6 months. The exam is very tough for those students who do not study regularly, they can face very tough challenges.

Other: The college has recently upgraded to a university, and the students who get admission in 2025 to 2026 are all studying under Gurucharan University.

Placements: The Gurucharan College provide a very good placement in our locality, that is Silchar. Every year, almost 20 to 30 students get placement in various reputed companies of India, and the local companies hire students from Gurucharan College, which is GC College. Last year, 20 students got placement in the TCS company.

Infrastructure: The college in the first structure is very good and well-maintained. The college upgraded its infrastructure from time to time, and all the facilities are available in our college, like laboratory, library, toilets and boys' and girls' common rooms. The educational equipment, such as a digital board, projector, computer room, desk and benches, is highly infrastructure-intensive.

Faculty: All the faculty of our college are very good, all the faculty members are highly educated, and they are very helpful to their students. All the faculty members are B.Sc., B.Ed., and M.Sc. qualified, and some faculty members are PhD holders. They provide very good assistance to the student and take regular classes and take unit tests every 15 days, which is the most different thing from other colleges.

Placements: 50 students are placed in our course, the highest package is 2.5 LPA, the average is 2 LPA, and the lowest is 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Himalaya Wellness and Hetero Company. Top roles offered are pharmacist. 56% students got placement from our college.

Infrastructure: We have smart boards, projectors, and Wi-Fi for our department. We have good facilities in our hostel, and the food available is very good and up to our expectations, but the food sometimes is watery, and we cannot eat it without achaar with food, or we cannot eat, as canteens are available throughout the campus.

Faculty: They are highly qualified and very helpful in imparting knowledge to us. The teaching quality is very good, the course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry ready. The semester exams are easy if you have studied, and the pass percentage is 89%.

Other: I chose this course because I could not qualify for NEET, and the campus is the best thing about my course.

Placements: The number of students is 500. The highest salary is Rs 40,000, and the lowest is Rs 20,000. Recruiting company is BVCL. 30 students got placements. Streams available at our college are arts, commerce, science, and B.Voc IT. Total four streams are available in our college, and they played a well role.

Infrastructure: Smart board and projector are available in our college. Computers are also provided. Canteen is available but hostel is not available. Sports are done during academic year, and price distribution is also done at our college. Wi-Fi is also available at the college.

Faculty: Teachers of our college are highly qualified. The way of communication is also good. The semester exams are not so much difficult, it's easy and moderate level. Our college offers a very good level of education by providing the essential things needed by the students.

Other: I have a passion for reading in the commerce stream. This course is easy to understand. By using technology, I would like to improve this course. Scholarships are also given to eligible students.

All about Pharmaceutical Sciences of Assam University, Silchar.

Placements: More than 25% of students got placed last year in companies like Alkem, Heteropharma, etc. Rs. 18,000 per month is for the production department, and Rs. 30,000 per month is for marketing. Heteropharma and Alkem are top recruiters. 100% of students got internships in industrial and hospital settings in their 7th semester. The senior executive manager is the top role offered in this course.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good for the B.Pharm Department, but the newly built MPHARM building is very advanced, and the hostels are also good. There are five boys' hostels and six girls' hostels available on the campus. Canteens are available almost in every department, and mess services are provided in each and every hostel.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and highly skilled in their jobs. The course and syllabus are based on the Pharmacy Council of India guidelines, and UGC guidelines are strictly followed. Exams are conducted based on the notifications released by the controller of examinations of the university.

Other: I have chosen B.Pharma because I'm passionate about drug development and drug delivery. The infrastructure should be improved for the B.Pharm Department. Regular seminars and fests are held, but the frequency is very low.
