Bahra University's admission process includes registration followed by a conversation with the admission counsellor. Candidates must follow the below steps to get a seat in BU:

STEP 1: Bahra University Application Process 2024

Candidates are required to apply online on the official website of the institute. The application fee at BU is INR 1,100.

STEP 2: Selection Rounds

Students will be selected based on Counsellor Interaction/ JEE Main/ CUET, CUET scores as per respective courses. Candidates might also have to appear for faculty interaction (if required). The university also has the facility for provisional registration or seat booking by paying an amount of INR 10,000.

STEP 3: Merit List and Admission Confirmation

Once selection rounds are over, the institute releases a merit list. To allot and confirm the seat candidates are required to pay the application fee at the admission receipt centre.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty and the placement system of the college in 2024.

Placements: 45% of students in the BBA course are placed, with the highest package offered being 5 LPA and the lowest package at 3 LPA. Companies like Wipro are among those that came for recruitment. Only 2% of students got internships from the university. The roles offered include Executive and Human Resources Management.

Infrastructure: The college has classrooms, blackboards, and a library, but there is no Wi-Fi or smart boards, which makes understanding difficult. Additionally, cameras are also not available. The quality of food provided in the college mess is very poor, the mess is untidy, and the food prepared doesn't taste good.

Faculty: The knowledge provided by the teachers is not very helpful for the exams. The teaching quality is not that great because most of it goes over the students' heads. Yes, the content may be relevant, but no, it doesn't make students industry-ready. The pass percentage of the college is 80%.

Other: The location is the main reason to select the college, as it is easily accessible. The course is fairly easy. Regular workshops and company visits can improve understanding. Fests are organized, but scholarships are not provided.

My collage life is good. With studies, I enjoyed a lot and my CGPA is among the top five students.

Placements: Placement of the students is low and the companies which are coming for placement offer low salary packages. But there is a very good scope of placement in hospitality management. The average salary package is almost Rs. 18000 pm and I don't think it is good enough if the student is placed far from his home town. Companies which come for placements are Mahindra, Reliance, banks and some clothing companies like Tommy, etc. According to my knowledge, none of the students is placed for an internship by the university. We all have gone to the differents companies ourselves and asked for internship for two months. I did my internship in Samsung and got Rs. 7000 stipend to do that.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is good although the university is still under construction. If the university is built according to the blueprint, then the university will provide the best infrastructure in HP. Parking is available. Hostel is available. Especially for girls, there is seperate hostel which is totally covered by grills and a guard is also there at the entry gate.

Faculty: Faculty of every block is more than good but not excellent. Every teacher is very cooperative with the students, especially the VC of the university. The students can directly go to VC sir regarding faculty or course related problems. But there's one thing- the time period of one lecture is very long (55 minutes). It should be 40-45 minutes.

The view in this university to too good. That's all.

Placements: I'm a student in the BBA specialization. There are 116 students in my class. There is a good management school, and in my opinion, there are 20 LPA in this course. Everything is good at this university. If you ask about internships, there are so many students who get internships.

Infrastructure: There is good infrastructure of this college, and also there are good vibes. Classrooms are very good. Library is also good. I stay in hostel, and the quality of food is also so good. This is all I know, and also the facilities are good.

Faculty: Teachers of management are also very good and helpful. They can help us in everything, also motivate us for taking participate in every game and function. This course is so good that how want to join the company and start the company, and also those who want to work in any sector.

Other: I just want to go into management, and the best thing about this course is that it can teach us how to manage anything and develop our personality. I think I want to improve my speaking skills.

Placements: This university have not the highest package offered They not top roles offered. A university not placed a student. Their are not top recruiting the companies for students courses. They have not got internship for student it has the lowest average package for aa student.

Infrastructure: This university hostel have very bad It have no good furniture no Wi-Fi. They are not aa canteen for not medical facilities in hostels a mess food quality is no aa good. Hostels and department have no Wi-Fi available for students their are not sports anda games for students.

Faculty: There are not teaching quality and they have no passing percentage and their are semester exams are difficult for college student it have not make the student for ready to industry. The teachers are not helpful. A teacher are not knowledgeable and teaching quality.
