The Faculty of Law offers admission to the Master of Law (LL.M.) course on the basis of merit in the LL.M. Entrance Test. The test is of two hours duration and consists of 100 objective-type questions with multiple choice answers. The questions relate to various law subjects, including Constitutional Law of India, Jurisprudence, Law of Contracts, and more. Each question carries four marks, with four marks awarded for every correct answer and one mark deducted for every incorrect answer. No mark is awarded or deducted for a question left unanswered. The language of the test is English. To be eligible for the test, candidates must have a Three year/Five year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or an equivalent degree from another Indian or Foreign University recognised by the University of Delhi. Candidates appearing in the qualifying degree examination are also eligible to appear in the LL.M. Entrance Test.
