BHU (Banaras Hindu University) is one of the best central universities in India for BA (Hons) in Political Science. It has a strong faculty, good academic environment, and active department with seminars and discussions. Admission is through CUET, and the cut-off is usually high. BHU offers good hostel, library, and campus facilities. It's a great choice for students serious about Political Science.

For admission to B.Voc. in Catering Technology and Hotel Management at Banaras Hindu University, reserved category students must meet the eligibility criteria and follow the admission process as outlined by the university. The eligibility criteria include passing the Class XII examination from any recognised Board/University in India or a foreign institution recognised as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Reserved category students are entitled to reservations as per the Government of India rules. Seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste (15%) and Scheduled Tribe (7.5%) candidates in each course.
Admission is based on the CUET (UG) - 2025 entrance test, and candidates must appear in the test in the subjects they have studied and/or passed in Class XII. The aggregate percentage of marks includes grace marks, as reflected in the final mark sheet.
