The university offers BE in various specialisations such as Civil Engineering,  Mechanical Engineering,  Computer Science Engineering, etc. through the Faculty of Engineering. The selection for BE programme is based on JEE and Class 12 score. 

The colleges affiliated to Barkatullah University accepts MP BE exam to offer B.E. courses for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and PWD.
