Q:   How should I prepare myself to get into Birla Institute of Technology Noida for BBA?
A: 

Birla Institute of Technology Noida offers a three-year full-time undergraduate programme in BBA. Minimum 50% marks in 10th and 12th exam is the main qualification for BIT Noida UG. Candidate must have completed 12th grade from a recognised institute. BIT Noida UG Selection Criteria Candidates for UG programs are selected solely on the basis of merit. They don't have GD. Candidates with more than 70 percent marks in 12th exam will easily get shortlisted and get admission offer.

In order to get admission to MBA at BIMTECH, the minimum eligibility criteria is to pass Graduate with 50% aggregate. As per the selection criteria, aspirants need to qualify CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GMAT with a valid score. The final selection is based on the personal interview round conducted at BIMTECH. After clearing these entrance exam a final round of GDPI is conducted to save a seat in this college.

Review of BIT Noida Campus.
Placements: College provided multiple placement opportunities to the students and helped prepare students for their placement battle through various mock interviews and mock tests, both aptitude and technical tests, and then guided them on how to improve themselves for the placements.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi throughout the campus, which students can utilize by having their student login created through SOPHOS by asking the administration staff, and then they can make use of the campus Wi-Fi provided by the college. The quality of the Wi-Fi is not that bad.
Faculty: Faculty is well-versed with the industrial norms and provides sufficient attention to the needs and requirements of each and every student, making sure that each topic and subject is clear to the students. They are readily available to help students at any hour.

Satisfied with the quality of teaching.
Placements: 20 percent students were placed. The highest package offered was 8 lakhs and the lowest package offered was 3 lakhs. Top recruiting companies are HCL, TCS, Yamaha, ICICI Bank, Vector Scalar, Apollo and Jio. 20 percent students got internships. Roles offered were web developer and data analyst.
Infrastructure: The campus itself is small but has all the basic requirements including an amazing cafeteria, basketball court and badminton court. Students can also pass time playing table tennis on the TT table. The classrooms are very spacious and also have ACs installed in them.
Faculty: The quality of teaching was very good, with the teachers being very approachable and supportive. The course covers all the basic and advanced topics required and builds a good foundation for the students. The difficulty of the exams is moderate, and the passing percentage is 40%.

Average type of college as no campus life is there.
Placements: My admission was merit-based, and around 30 students are in my batch. Companies like TCS and Facebook recruit in our college. I have no clue about the rest. They just teach the overview for an interview but not exactly how you can achieve the same. The ratio is very low that got a job .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is still in a developing condition. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, libraries, AC, are all there. There is a room that is being converted into a canteen as of now, as a new building is still under construction. They promised us they would complete construction over 6 months, but it's still going on.
Faculty: Faculty are good here with a wider range of knowledge. Some are there who are lazy in studying, but the rest are good. Exams usually come from the main campus of Mesra. But it's average, as sometimes they are very direct, but this time it was tricky and a little tough. But overall, it's good to go.
Other: I chose BCA over B.Tech as an alternative as I wasn't able to clear my JEE Main. I chose this college as it was in Delhi. Now somehow I have one relative who achieved a lot after doing BCA and MCA from the same college, so that's why this was my backup.

College for best knowledge and placement.
Placements: 70 percent of the students get placed. 80 percent of them got the internship. Mostly the role of course is software development. Many of the big companies are coming to the college for placement with a good package. Many of the students get their dream jobs.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was very nice. On the entire campus, Wi-Fi is available. The library was neat and tidy. With all the types of books related to the subject and the course. The Noida campus does not have a hostel. But have all the indoor and outdoor games.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and are well qualified knowledgeable and highly experienced in teaching. The college conducts the hackathon which helps the students do things in many dimensions which helps to work on real-life projects The semester exam are quite difficult and have 40% is the passing percentage.

Work hard get placements early.
Placements: 50% of the students are being placed as per the course. We get around 3 lakh to 6 lakh packages. Very few companies are there, like Beehive and a few news channels too. Roles offered to our course are maybe editing or motion graphics; very few of them are aware of doing internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is a bit small; there are few computer labs. And some art labs are not so big; only the office areas are big. No good canteen. The course is very good and good for the future job and work. Easily, you can get internships from outside companies.
Faculty: The teachers are very good, and they also helped us. The exams are term-wise; there are 6 semesters with 12 examinations in those semesters. Good course for the creative people who like to learn designing and more in the future, also for the artist who draws well.

Good College, Bad Campus.
Placements: There are several studios and design companies offering jobs, all of them are low paying, entry level jobs. You can expect salary around Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000. You can get internships and small projects while in college itself. That can build up your portfolio.
Infrastructure: No hostel facilities in here. You will need to rent a flat or PG nearby. Several cheap and expensive options available. Metro station is 5 minutes away. Course is all encompassing for anyone trying to get in the digital art space, entertainment industry, animation etc.
Faculty: Great Faculty, Great curriculum. The curriculum changes and depends on recent trends in the industry. Exams held twice per semester, tests are regularly conducted. The faculty is helpful in terms of placement and they will even help with your personal projects.
