The Central University of Punjab, Bathinda is accredited grade “A” by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and is among the top 100 institutions in the 'University Category' of The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) Ranking 2019. While Central University of Punjab has its strengths, particularly in terms of academic quality and faculty expertise, it faces challenges in providing adequate placement opportunities and infrastructure. The Central University of Punjab has recently launched the BTech course in 2024 in only one specialisations, i.e., School of Engineering & Technology. Students pursuing BTech programs may benefit from the university's focus on research and practical skills, but should be prepared for a potentially tough job market and limited resources. Ultimately, the decision to attend Central University of Punjab depends on individual priorities and expectations.
