As per the official website of the Central University of Punjab, students are offered part-time jobs at the university to make them independent under the “Earn While You Learn" scheme. To be eligible candidates must have registered in CUPB for any programme are eligible to apply for the scheme. Some of the part-time jobs students can do under the scheme are as assistants in the library, laboratory, computer center, and store.

The Central University of Punjab accepts CUTE PG exams for admission to its MSc course. Interested applicants can access the CUET PG 2025 application form by visiting the official website. The first process will be registering themselves on the official web portal of CUET PG 2025. Through that registered account, further processing of filling out the application form will be done. CUET PG 2025 exam is being conducted by NTA from March 13, 2025, to April 1, 2025, for admissions to the masters degree and professional courses.

Yes, the Central University of Punjab does offer BTech in Computer Science & Engineering. The course has been launched from 2024 onwards. Admission to the course will be based on the CUET UG exam followed by the university-level entrance exam. Further, candidates must have the below-mentioned qualificationsClass 12 from a recognised board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Bio Technology, Biology, Technical Vocational Subject, Computer Science, Information Technology,  Information Practices, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, and Business Studies. Ca Obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
