CEPT University BArch Courses & Fees 2025: Admission Dates, Fee, Selection Criteria

In order to apply for the BArch course at CEPT University the candidate needs to have a valid NATA score. Once the candidate has a valid score of NATA, needs to apply at the official website. The application process is mentioned in the points below:

• Create an account by registering at the official website.
• A verification email will be sent to the registered email ID
• Click on the link sent in the email to verify your credentials
• Go to the login page and enter your registered email ID and password
• “Select the Program to Apply” page will appear. Select the programme of your choice
• Applications for multiple programmes can be submitted from the same login by clicking on the tab “Apply to a different program”
• After filling up the form and uploading the necessary documents, click the Save & Preview button.
• After previewing the form, click the Submit & Pay button. The system will take you to the payment gateway to pay for the application. The application fee is INR 1,500 (inclusive of tax).
• After the successful payment, an application form is generated with the application number which can be downloaded from the My Application tab.

CEPT University provides Financial Aid to students. The university has a comprehensive scheme for scholarships. It is the endeavour of the University that no student be denied the prospect to pursue their studies for want of sufficient financial resources. However, no financial aid or scholarship would be automatic and would be subject to norms and criteria laid down by the University. Pending sanction of financial aid/award of scholarship students are required to make payment of charges on the due dates. The university offers three types of scholarships such as:

• Pre-Admission Scholarship: Pre-Admission Scholarship (Means based) will be awarded to selected students from among the eligible applications. The Pre Admissions Scholarship (Means based) is to help students who fulfil the eligibility criteria mentioned below:

Eligibility:

Students who fall under family income less than INR 10 lakh per annum are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Recipients of the scholarship will continue to receive the scholarship for the full duration of the programme subject to maintaining the result as per the scholarship award letter.

• Post-Admission Scholarship: Scholarships and financial support are available to students during their course of study at CEPT post-admission. The Student Service Office provides academic, financial, medical, residential and other assistance services to all students of CEPT University, including International students, Exchange students and student interns.
• Government-Based Scholarship: The university offers MYSY Scholarship- Government of Gujarat, Pre-matric Scholarship Government of Gujarat, Tablet Distribution Government of Gujarat, and National Scholarship Government of Gujarat.
