It is the best college in Ahmedabad for B.Arch.

Placements: Seats are getting filled in Architecture, and the seats in other courses are left out, but I don't think they are offering anything less as I am able to see the difference between CEPT passouts and normal college passouts. 100% of students get internships in reputed companies, and people also gets hired there.

Infrastructure: All the buildings are well-maintained, and we have Wi-Fi on the whole campus. The best thing is we have two canteens which offer food at the best affordable prices in the whole nearby area. The library here is well maintained, and it has a huge collection of books.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful, well-experienced and knowledgeable. Some of the TAs hold Master's. The most important thing about CEPT is that they teach everything in detail and practically, which makes students industry-ready. They have a studio system in all courses.

It is good for students who already have a family business associated with the construction sector.

Placements: Placements are pretty mediocre in the university compared to its brand within the state. University's outreach programme is weak compared to Nirma, DDIT or LD. However, things are gradually improving with each passing year. Top companies like L&T and SPCL come at times, but a lot of companies would come if the strength of students were more. The salary package offered is around 3 LPA to 6.5 LPA for freshers. Mega seems to be the top employer as of now for students in the Faculty of Technology. Students usually end up working in the domain of construction management and real estate after this course. The course has a very good project training semester where students do good internships on coveted projects.

Infrastructure: The college has a good infrastructure. The library is a repository of wonderful books and a lot of useful resources. The Wi-Fi network is wonderful. Classrooms and labs are extremely well-equipped. There is little to complain about infrastructure within the campus.

Faculty: Teaching quality oscillates heavily between bad to good depending on the faculty members. Overall, it is pretty mediocre. The course structure focuses less on teaching structural design and several other core civil subjects that are important for competitive exams like GATE. It is a good course for students who want to be construction managers, 2nd-3rd generation contractors and builders. Massive improvement is required in revising the curriculum.

Other: The course has a major drawback. It is a 5-year course. A normal engineering graduate gets into the job market 1 year early.

Infrastructure and facilities are really good.

Placements: The college offers good placement opportunities if you have good CGPA. Around 40% of the students get placed from each batch. The salary package offered is around 3 to 5 LPA. Companies like Turner, Alkins, SPCL, and MEGA, etc., visit the campus for placements. Placements are good for students to excel in their careers. But you have to be among the best because only 15-20 get placed from a batch of 60 students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The campus is really good, and they provide Wi-Fi facilities and medical facilities. Even the classrooms, toilets, labs and hostel rooms are kept clean. The whole campus is very well maintained. The workshop is also very good. The newly constructed library is one of the best libraries in the city.

Faculty: Overall, faculty members are really good and well educated in CEPT. But there are only a few faculty members in the department of technology when compared with other departments. However, almost all of them are really good. Some of the faculty members in the technology department can't even speak English properly. Students often not be able to understand the concepts that they teach in the lecture.

Other: Events and fests conducted here are really good. We get very good funds from the college to organise events. However, we face some issues to raise funds at times, but they organise very cheerful events most of the times. These events really help us to clear our minds during the busy schedule of the college.

CEPT University : No 1 Architectural Institute.

Placements: CEPT University is having best Placements. Our course Bachelor of Construction Technology is newly started course, so not a single batch is passed till now. But if we talk about other courses, placement is very, it is more than 80%. KPMG, JLL, PWC, Adani, voyants, Shapoorji Pallonji etc. Visited Cept University for recruitment.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of CEPT University is good. Our camp is having all the facilities like Wi-Fi, garden, volleyball ground, drawing labs, computers labs, Classrooms, library etc. Quality of food available in the canteen is good and also healthy at some extent.

Faculty: Faculty members of CEPT University are highly intelligent. They are passed out topmost architectural Institutes worldwide. So here we can international teaching quality and also international knowledge by our faculty members. Our course curriculum is excellent and it is very much useful and also interesting.

Infrastructure: As CEPT University is itself the architectural Institute, its Infrastructure is best in every term. It is a unique type of design. And campus of CEPT had all the extraordinary technologies and facilities which you can't get in average college. Canteen of CEPT is best, and it serves good and very much tasty food to all of us.

The college is too good if you get clear in five years and you have to work hard.

Placements: Lots of different construction companies are coming to the college. If your result is good, then you surely get a good package. Starting package is approximately 4-5 lacs per annum. In the undergraduate programme, you will get good experience and good package. The most important thing is, you will get good exposure if you graduate from this college.

Infrastructure: Sports facilities are not that good due to lack of space for playing and Construction is going on campus, so you cant play there. CEPT is providing an AES sports club for students for running, cricket, basketball, volleyball. A small football ground is also there for students.

Faculty: Well-educated faculty are available for playing. The course curriculum is too good for the construction department and civil students. The faculty also have a civil background and are well-experienced. The course curriculum is different from other colleges. In five courses you will get a lot of information, a lot of knowledge regarding construction lines.
