Both DTU (Delhi Technological University) and Chandigarh University offer CSE, but they are different in many ways. DTU is a well-established government university. It has strong brand value, old reputation, and good alumni network. Its cutoffs are high and admission is through JEE Main. The placements are great with top tech companies visiting the campus.Chandigarh University is a private university but growing very fast. The CSE department has modern labs and facilities like Azure Machine Learning Studio, IBM Watson and Splunk ML Toolkit, etc. These tools help you get real experience and learn the skills companies want. Both Chandigarh University and Thapar University are best in terms of placements but I can only tell you about Chandigarh University because I really don't know about Thapar. Talking about Chandigarh University, it is also very renowned for its placements, many top MNCs like Google, Deloitte, Accenture, Flipkart, etc. come to hire students for placements. Placements don't just happen overnight. CU makes sure students are trained from Day 1. The university has a special department called The Department of Career Planning and Development (DCPD) that works all the time to help students. They provide training, prepare students for interviews, connect them with top companies, and even help in building resumes, conducting mock interviews, and group discussions. CU makes sure students are fully ready before they step into the professional world.I personally also think that placements also depend upon student to student, skills and preparation matter a lot. Choosing the right place depends on what a student wants. Some prefer high packages, while others want more opportunities

This is a key differentiator because Amity's offerings, though strong, don't seem as focused on these rapidly growing fields.Another significant point is the placement record at CU. Chandigarh University has been growing very rapidly and is gaining a lot of awards and recognitions.
