The B.E. in Electrical Engineering at Chandigarh University (CU) is a great choice for students interested in innovation, technology, and practical learning. Admission is purely based on the CUCET exam, which also determines the scholarship amount. While there is no fixed cutoff, a higher CUCET score gives you a better scholarship-student scoring above 90% to get 100% scholarship, and even those scoring between 40 -49.99% recieve financial support. CU's Department of Electrical Engineering is one the best in India, offering advanced labs such as the Switchgear & Protection Lab, Microprocessor Lab, Digital signal Lab, and Innovation Lab for sustainability. The Department is the member of Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturer's Association (IEEMA) and has 450+ research publications. With gobal partnerships, a safe and award-winning campus, and strong industry tie-ups, students get excellent learning and placement opportunities.
